Nuwave Pictures UK CIC supports young people (18–34) to step confidently into careers in the creative industries. Through personalised, holistic one-to-one career and life coaching, we guide them through every stage of their journey—from CV and application writing to interview preparation, mentorships, and work-experience opportunities. We also prioritise wellbeing, offering a safe space to talk about personal barriers and, where needed, connecting young people with specialist organisations for additional support. Our unique 360° approach equips each individual with the clarity, confidence, and tools to recognise their own power—and use it to navigate the professional industry with purpose and success.
